Thanksgiving Dinner

On Thanksgiving Grandma and Grandpa Adams and Grandma Messer came down and with us. We had a lot of food and a lot of fun.

STATE!

On November 22 we went up to Arbor View High School to play against Truckee High School to see who was the best football team in Nevada. We went back-to-back and won 35-16.

Halloween!!

This year there was no school on Halloween! It gave us a lot of time to do "Halloweeny" things.

Ari was a witch this year:

Homecoming!

The homecoming football game this year was against Faith Lutheran, proud to announce we won 42 to 14. For the JV half time show the dancers performed Mady's kick-line routine to "We Got the Beat". For Varsity half time the band played while the JV and V dance team flagged and all the cheerleaders stunted and did their thing. Here are some pictures:

Summer vacation is officially over :(

Well, we had a great summer! Vacations, camps and just hanging out. Today is the first day of school. Mady is a Freshman, which means she's up at the high school with dad. She is very excited. Ari is in 3rd grade. As you can tell, she is a fan of tinker bell...anything Disney actually. Aus is counting down the days until she moves out. Sept. 3 is the big date. It's weird for her to be home with just mom while dad, mady and ari all at school

Gotta love vacation!

Our family vacation to California was a lot of fun. We visitied many cool cities, beaches and attractions. Just a few pictures of our vacation.

Los Angeles temple- it is very beautiful! The temple sits right on top of a hill making it visible from the highway also.
We stopped in Anaheim for an Angels game. Baseball games are a fun tradition associated with our family trips every year. We try to hit a game on our vacations. The Angels played the Indians...and sadly lost, but the game was so much fun, and cooler than NV.
On one of our many stops to a variety of different beaches, Ari was dancing for us.
We stopped at a beach in Carmel, CA and the water was very violent. the waves all of a sudden came out of no where. Matt was playing "tag".

Aus is 18-and our wonderful vacation!

On July 6, Aus turned 18- we traveled to Provo for a cousins baby blessing, so it was spent mostly in the car, but we had a fun bbq with cousins and it turned out to be a fun day.

Every year, Matt takes volleyball teams up to UVU for a vball camp. Us girls get a week full of shopping out of it :) We have a favorite walk we always go on. By the Brick Oven, on the hillside by BYU tennis courts, there is a fun walk through trees and along a river. (even though there was no water in the river, it was fun) This cute little bridge serves as a good picture place.
BYU has a fun Cougar hall of fame. Ari is posing by BYU's shortest gymnast.
Gotta get a picture of dad by BYU's vball courts in the Smith Fieldhouse.
The cute little bridge-again.

Charlie bit my finger!

Matt found this video on youtube and now always has to watch it! He loves when Charlie does his evil laugh in the middle. So, if you haven't seen it yet here is the URL: http://youtube.com/watch?v=_OBlgSz8sSM.

Happy 4th!!

This year we had a lot of fun for the Fourth of July! We went on our annual four-wheeler drive, ate at McDonald's for breakfast, BBQ with cousins, and went to the fire work show at the fairgrounds. I'll post pictures later.

♥Mady turns 14!♥

Yesterday Mady turned 14. It was a fun day. We are all preparing for her big slumber party tomorrow...wish us all luck.

Since she's now 14, she enters miamaids. Part of the miamaid presidency dressed up like nacho libre and welcomed her into their class.

This picture is just funny....aus and ari

○Girls Camp!○

Girls Camp finally came! We went to Kolob Mountain this year and our motto for our ward was "Unity". We had tons of fun. We went to Kolob reservoir, did archery, had a water and shaving cream fight, had secret visitors every night and more! We luckily had no Flight For Life this year!
